We are sorry to hear that you didn't receive your order yet. We received your order on Monday May 29 after business hours. On Tuesday May 30 the order was sent in an envelope to your address. RAL K7 and RAL E4 orders are sent in a regular envelope which can't be traced unfortunately. Please check your mailbox; the envelope could be delivered already. During the ordering process on our website customers have the possibility to choose registered mail at an additional cost. Then the envelope can be traced. Tracking isn't available with standard shipping, sorry.
We assume that the envelope arrives soon as it was sent a while ago. Unfortunately we can't see the current status or the expected delivery date. By the way, unfortunately our shipping partner PostNL has delays due to changes in their system. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
